SHOUT’s Custom Floor Wraps Make an Appearance at Kierra Sheard and Jordan Kelly’s Wedding

The COVID-19 pandemic put a lot of things on hold—including major life events like wedding ceremonies.

So while singer Kierra Sheard and her husband Jordan Kelly have now been married for over a year, it wasn’t until recently that they were able to have the glamorous wedding celebration they’d always dreamed of. On December 19th, Sheard and Kelly marked their one-year anniversary with a beautiful and fun-filled wedding ceremony in Sheard’s hometown, Detroit. 

SHOUT was honored by the opportunity to contribute with one of our custom floor wraps, specially designed and installed for the occasion.

A beautiful celebration

Sheard and Kelly finally said “I do” in front of friends and family at an elegant ceremony planned by Elle Audrey and Lauren Dickens. The ceremony featured floral arrangements by The Velvet Touch Events, photography from YNOT Images and Tony & Haley Minifield, and a photo booth courtesy of Fancy Flash Photo Booth. The couple topped it all off with a gigantic wedding cake from Flour House Cakes.

After exchanging vows, Sheard and Kelly enjoyed a special guest performance courtesy of Faith Evans. Evans even passed the mic to Sheard herself, who joined in while wearing her beautiful white gown designed by Esé Azénabor.

From joyful singing and dancing to an elegant walk down the aisle, it was clear that no pandemic was going to stand in the way of true love. “I’ve been soaking it all in,” Sheard wrote later on Instagram, “This was a night that I’ll never forget.”
