Our SHOUT! Team attended the invitation-only RSVP New York Gala on Thursday, September 5, 2024. Today, we’re giving you a peek behind the scenes of this members-only gathering as well as all the details on how SHOUT! immersed attendees in our event decor experience while they enjoyed the luxuriously private ambiance and networked with global wedding and event industry professionals.

The RSVP Gala Experience

The RSVP Gala was a vibrant experience from start to finish. This luxurious evening was full of one-of-kind experiences from delicious food and expert drinks prepared by professional mixologists to unforgettable entertainment.

We had so much fun snapping photos in the onsite photo booth and marveling at the stunning florals. And every detail was precisely planned and perfected right down to the ice sculptures, menus, and napkins.

Not only was it a joy to behold each of these carefully crafted details, we also enjoyed the company we kept that evening. The room was a carefully curated group of the most sought-after industry professionals to be honored with recognitions in their fields, to show support for those being honored, and to connect with their fellow professionals. Since we value every opportunity to make connections that can serve our customers now and in the future, events like these are always a priority for us.

Immersion in the SHOUT! Brand Experience

Another highlight of the evening that bears mentioning: Attendees had the chance to fully experience the luxury appeal of our clever SHOUT! event decor creations.

How SHOUT! Contributed to the RSVP Gala

Our team installed the dance floor and step wraps as well as acrylic flowers to accent the LED screen.

The black, white, and red color scheme carried throughout the entirety of the pieces and set an elevated tone for the entire milieu. The red flowers perfectly framed the screen. These accent pieces were crafted by our team and hung by the venue. (This collaboration allowed us to ensure that all parties felt comfortable with how the technology, in this case the LED screen, was handled for the event. Moreover, this allowed for a blend of both digital and real-world creative visuals.)

The steps were wrapped to display cascades of roses with white and black striping as an added embellishment. This continuity allowed for an easy transition from the steps right onto the dancefloor without any gaps or interruptions. A seamless flow provided a luxurious feel that gave the appearance of one singular wrap across the entirety of the event space.

The lights from the stage reflected softly on the dancefloor and provided just enough shimmer to add a touch of effortless class to the entire wrap.

RSVP and the guests in attendance offered compliments on the wrap and the accompanying roses both on the evening of the event and in the days following the event.

The Whole SHOUT! Experience

RSVP Gala guests were not only able to enjoy our dance floor and meet our team members. They got to experience what it’s like to attend an event where SHOUT! creates luxury decor elements that visually tie an event space together.

They were also able to connect with the RSVP hosts to share commentary about the experience of working with our team. And of course, we were on hand to answer any questions and to explore creative envelope-pushing ideas they might have for their upcoming events as well.

But of course, we were fortunate enough to enjoy the event itself. The gorgeous florals accenting the LED screen and the inviting dance floor whisked us back to our surroundings often enough to mix business with pleasure in just the right doses for a good time to be had by all!

Most of all, we’re honored to be remembered as guests danced the night away atop our floor wrap creation.

The event was a phenomenal success and received rousing support from everyone associated with RSVP! As professionals with years of experience in the luxury event industry, our SHOUT!
