That accomplishment has us now looking for talent who will play a significant role in some of our top expansion markets in the country.

We’re growing quickly and looking for hands-on, detail-driven professionals to join our installation team in key regional markets. Whether you’re looking to earn strong weekend income or build a long-term path in event production, this role offers both flexibility and high earning potential.

As a Custom Event Graphics Installer, you’ll oversee the on-site execution of custom event graphics—ensuring every install meets SHOUT!’s premium standards.

Your Goal

What You'll Be Tasked With

  • Lead installation and removal of custom graphics (dance floors, wall wraps, bar
    facades, etc.)
  •  Execute installs within defined time windows (typically 6–8 hours; removals 3–4
    hours including travel)
  • Install timings typically range from early morning to mid/late afternoon or
    early evening. Removals are often late night the same day or early
    morning the next day.
  • Collaborate with your install assistant/team to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Represent SHOUT! professionally on-site with clients, planners, and venues
  • Maintain precision and attention to detail under time-sensitive conditions

Qualifications

  • Experience in hands-on work (event production, construction, staging, or similar)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform in fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented with pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable with physical work (lifting, bending, active movement)
  • Ability to work weekends consistently (schedule varies based on bookings)

Additional Considerations:

  • WE ARE LOOKING FOR A 2-PERSON TEAM (Having an install assistant or two in mind who would work well with you, is a major plus)

Benefits

  •  $45–$65+ per hour equivalent (per-project pay structure)
  • Pay is per job basis. Earn up to $2,900 per weekend per team during peak
    season if you work your way up through July/August.
